What size phones is it compatible with? Can it be used with tablets?
The magnetic cooler can directly attach to phones that support MagSafe. For other models, use the included magnetic plate for attachment. The product also comes with a detachable grip, compatible with phones that are 66–88mm wide.
Can a power bank run the cooler?
Standard power banks cannot run the cooler at full power, and the cooling performance will only reach about 70%.
To achieve full performance, a fast-charging power bank that supports the PD protocol with ≥27W output is required. If the power bank uses a proprietary ≥27W charging protocol instead of PD, the cooler’s overclocking mode cannot be activated. A fast-charging cable supporting ≥3A current is also needed, with maximum power reached under 12V 3A.
Will using the magnetic plate affect cooling performance?
Yes, using the magnetic plate may slightly reduce cooling efficiency, as the built-in plate is made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 0.34mm. However, it offers strong magnetic force and is easy to attach and remove.
Can I use it with a phone case on?
The cooler can provide some cooling effect through a phone case, but for optimal performance, it’s recommended to remove the case during use.
