Linglong Porcelain (Rice-Grain Porcelain)

Linglong Porcelain is one of the four renowned traditional porcelains of Jingdezhen, China. Its core craftsmanship involves carving rice-grain-shaped perforations into the unfired porcelain body, filling them with a specially formulated translucent "Linglong" glaze, and then firing it at high temperatures.

Key Features:

1. Delicate & Translucent:

Crafted from fine, pristine white porcelain. Under natural or artificial light, the "Linglong eyes" (pierced patterns) become crystalline, radiant, and transparent. Viewed straight on, it appears as an elegant, minimalist white porcelain; only when backlit do the intricate pierced patterns emerge, creating a captivating interplay of light and shadow.

2. Smooth Glazed Surface:

After firing, the exterior wall of the cup feels completely smooth and flush to the touch. The piercings blend seamlessly into the glaze, leaving no holes, gaps, or uneven textures.

• When holding hot beverages, please exercise caution regarding the temperature to prevent scalding.
• Do not use steel wool, polishing agents, or alkaline detergents for cleaning.
  Hand wash only.
