By placing a pre-order, you reserve stock before the product arrives. If you miss the pre-order deadline, please follow our updates. For selected products, the quantity ordered from the brand may exceed confirmed pre-orders, and any remaining units may be offered as in-stock items after arrival.

The current estimated shipping date is based on the release schedule announced by the brand. Pre-order timing may be delayed by changes to the brand’s production schedule, product revisions, additional quality inspections or rework, logistics lead times, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. A delayed arrival is not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

Once the pre-ordered items arrive at the warehouse, we will promptly conduct an inspection and proceed with the shipping process. During this stage, you will also receive a notification about the shipment, along with a specific logistics tracking code, to facilitate your timely tracking of the latest progress in the delivery.

Pre-orders need to be paid in full at checkout. Once you've ordered, we'll hold the item for you — and just a heads-up, it can't be canceled or passed on to someone else. Since pre-order stock is limited, prices on some items may go up over time, and we do reserve the right to adjust them. But don't worry — if you've already paid, we'll honor the price you locked in at checkout.
